回收物料的變化：
皮革
花紋的程度和強度取決於生產中使用的每塊皮革。我們的皮革是天然材料，每塊皮革可能都會顯示出輕微的顏色和紋理變化，這是皮革生產過程中產生的。
由於我們的產品是真皮，並非像PVC / PU皮革那樣完美無瑕。天然皮革表面上會發現痕跡，疤痕或天然污漬。

Rescued materials' variation
Leather
The degree of pattern and intensity varies depending on each piece of leather hide used in production. Our leather is a natural material, each piece may show slight colour and grain variations which is resulted from the process of leather production.

As our product are genuine leather that are not flawless like the PVC / PU leather. MARK, SCAR or NATURAL STAIN can be found on the natural leather surface.

退貨政策
退換政策
很遺憾，我們在任何情況下均不提供退款或退貨。但是，如果您發現購買的商品*錯誤/有問題，我們將在交貨日期的7天內提供換貨服務。
請通過Whatsapp+852 9378 6068 向我們發送電子郵件，通過電子郵件將其*錯誤/問題發送給 info@upcyco.co，並附上有問題位置的圖片。
*錯誤/問題包括
1.錯誤的產品或顏色
2.使用前出現產品問題。
拒絕換貨的原因
1.因不同顯示器瀏覽我們的網站導致的顏色變化
2.因錯誤使用引起的損壞
3.因在回收的皮革上有痕跡或划痕或疤痕
4.交貨造成的損壞*
Upcyco Limited保留拒絕任何訂單和換貨，並做出最終決定的權利。所有訂單均受我們的條款和條件約束。
Return & Exchange policy
We unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns in any case. However, if you find your purchase is *faulty, we offer an exchange within 7 Days of the delivery date.

Fault include 1. Incorrect Details made such as item or colour 2. Product defect before usage.
Exclude 1. Color Variation resulted by different monitors browsing our website 2. Damage caused by incorrect usage 3. Mark or scratch or scar on rescued calf leather 4. Damage caused by delivery
